CAEVA O'CALLAGHANMBA, BSc.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Caeva took over as Managing Director in 2012 and has chartered the business to where it is now – through good times and through the challenges associated with downturns. She is pursuing a growth strategy - specifically focusing on Micro & SME business, Agri , Builder’s liability and allied trades. Having successfully purchased, integrated and retained various books of business, Caeva is always keeping an eye open for potential suitable acquisitions. The other eye is keenly focussed on delivering for her clients- big and small alike.

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

An important and essential member of the Senior Management Team involved in strategy development, financial modelling and reporting as well as negotiating, due diligence and implementation of Acquisitions. John joined O’Callaghan Insurances in 2003 and before that worked in Auditing for 8 years and the Maritime Industry for 4 years.

TRACY ENGLISH

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Tracy heads up our Personal Lines business as well as running the general day to day operations. She is an expert in insurance broker’s systems and can easily and effectively communicate to her teams what needs to be done and how to do it. Tracy also meets regularly with representatives from Insurance Companies and negotiates deals with them on behalf of our clients.

CIARAN MAHON ACII,MBA.

HEAD OF MARKETING AND DIGITAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Ciaran has held senior management roles over the last 20 years in the areas of sales and marketing and insurance development. In recent years, his focus has been on the development of digital distribution. He has worked with Hibernian throughout Ireland , Aviva in London and the Bank of Ireland In Dublin. Joining the team of O’Callaghan Insurances from Kidd Insurances, he is a Chartered Insurance Broker.

HEAD OF WHOLESALE

Karl has held senior positions with General Accident, Aviva and most recently Kidd Insurances. Karl’s career is peppered with successfully start up projects. These include the insurance scheme for the SIMI and GA Bonus. Karl joined O’Callaghans in 2019 to start up a new Wholesale Division, writing property insurance.
